Safety Analysis of Typical Hydraulic-Driven High-Altitude Flying Overspeed Protection Devices
摘要
By analyzing accidents of high-altitude flights and high-altitude stays in the past decade, it was found that they were all related to their overspeed protection devices. This chapter uses a certain model of hydraulic-driven turntable lift high-altitude flight as an example, analyzes the strength of the overspeed protection device and the response time and travel of its components, verifies the safety of the overspeed protection device through testing, and discusses the monitoring and speed control methods of the turntable’s operation. The results show that the overspeed protection device of this model of high-altitude flight is safe and reliable, meeting the design and regulatory standards. This research outcome can also provide references for inspection, testing, and emergency rescue of high-altitude flights.
