Through online status monitoring and data analysis of hydrogen refueling stations, hydrogen transport vehicles, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, we study the system function, design, and implementation of online monitoring technology for hydrogen energy equipment, capture key safety data of hydrogen energy equipment, and provide a comprehensive, efficient, and visualized solution for online status monitoring and safety data analysis, which can realize the status monitoring of key equipment at hydrogen refueling stations and real-time visualization of hydrogen transport vehicle control data, Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle hydrogen system condition monitoring, cloud platform online alarm, safety condition assessment, assisting high-risk equipment emergency treatment, reducing the incidence of accidents, effectively monitoring the operation of hydrogen energy equipment, conducting reasonable safety assessment, reducing enterprise risk losses, and safeguarding people’s lives and properties.
