It highlights the diverse opportunities presented by AI, such as personalized learning and enhanced educational access, while also acknowledging the challenges, including digital divides and varying technological infrastructures across countries. The discussion also delves into the need for global collaboration and policy-making to address ethical concerns and ensure equitable and effective integration of AI in education worldwide inline the SWOT analysis results. At the end, considering the theoretical framework, a holistic technology integration model is proposed for the acceptance and use of GenAI in the education environment. It is worth noting for the institutions that integrating a new technology into the teaching and learning process needs to realize the weakness and strengths of the dynamics of opportunities and competencies.
