摘要

In the context of increasingly severe global environmental issues and the deepening concept of sustainable development, the manufacturing industry faces pressure to reduce resource consumption, lower pollution, and decrease carbon emissions. Green manufacturing has become an important strategic direction for manufacturing enterprises. Green manufacturing not only focuses on product quality and cost but also integrates environmental protection and efficient resource use throughout the product’s entire lifecycle, promoting the coordinated development of economic and environmental benefits. In this context, supplier selection becomes particularly important, as the environmental performance of suppliers is crucial for the sustainable development of the entire supply chain. To address this issue, this article proposes a green supplier selection method based on multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) and consensus reaching model. The method uses interval type-2 fuzzy sets (IT2FSs) to process evaluation information. First, the dynamic trust level of experts is calculated through multiple iterations to determine the weight of each expert. Secondly, a new consensus adjustment method was proposed by considering the consensus reaching of expert group opinions and incorporating trust relationships among experts into the decision-making process based on their influence. On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation matrix is constructed according to expert weights, and IT2FSs-Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) are used to determine the weights of the criteria. Finally, an actual green suppliers selecting case is given to illustrate the practicability of the decision support model.
