摘要

The eccentric sleeve bearing assembly process at Company S faced a high rework rate of 3.3% due to inflexible rotation. Leveraging the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, this study employed Pareto analysis to identify critical defects, Attribute Agreement Analysis (MSA) for measurement system validation, and cause-and-effect diagrams with binomial logistic regression to pinpoint key influencing factors. Design of Experiments (DOE) was utilized to optimize process parameters. Post-improvement results demonstrated a reduction in rework rate to 0.62%, with DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) decreasing from 33,000 to 6,200, significantly enhancing Sigma levels. The project achieved an annual revenue increase of 3.81 million CNY by improving product quality and production efficiency, effectively addressing the company’s cost reduction and quality enhancement objectives.
