The STAIR Framework for Generative AI in Workflow Personalization for Multi-Skill Production Environments
摘要
Contemporary manufacturing environments are characterized by their integration of diverse operational resources, combining human expertise with advanced robotic systems to create complex production ecosystems. Each component within these hybrid environments possesses distinct operational capabilities and varying proficiency levels, showcasing significant challenges in optimal resource allocation. This paper introduces an innovative framework, STAIR, that addresses these challenges through the strategic implementation of generative artificial intelligence technologies, specifically utilizing OpenAI’s GPT-4o architecture. The proposed framework provides an approach to task allocation optimization, incorporating comprehensive consideration of individual competency matrices and temporal availability constraints. Through the development of the appropriate mathematical foundations and emphasizing structural optimization, this methodology takes the next step above traditional empirical data dependencies, offering enhanced adaptability across diverse manufacturing contexts. The framework’s architecture enables dynamic response to evolving operational conditions while maintaining optimal resource utilization and enhancing productivity. This contributes significantly to the advancement of intelligent manufacturing systems by presenting a novel approach to workforce optimization that effectively addresses the complexities of modern production environments. The integration of GPT-4o’s capabilities demonstrates substantial potential for revolutionizing workflow personalization through real-time, adaptive task allocation strategies. The research findings suggest transformative implications for manufacturing efficiency, establishing a foundation for future developments in production optimization while maintaining alignment with Industry 4.0 principles. This approach represents a significant advancement in the application of artificial intelligence technologies within contemporary manufacturing operations.
