Research on Elevator Noise Measurement and Control Based on Spectrum Analysis Technology
摘要
Elevator noise has always been an important issue affecting the quality of life of residents. Nowadays, the measurement standards of elevator noise are mostly single A-weighted evaluation and only refer to the elevator. This kind of measurement for acoustic characteristics is too simple, and the derivative noise caused by the elevator and the environment is not included, which often leads to disturbance, while the elevator noise test is still qualified. In this study, we took a traction-driven passenger elevator with a machine room of a residential building in China as the experimental object, and removed other sound interference. Based on the measurement points specified in TSG T7001-2023, we add an indoor measurement point for derived noise due to elevator operation and the environment as specified in GB 50118-2010, to measure the effective acoustic characteristics of the noise, including sound pressure, sound pressure level, spectrum data, etc. Through spectrum analysis of measured data, we compared and analyzed the evolutionary trend of indoor noise during elevator operation and the attenuation of sound pressure level in each frequency band. We did this both before and after using sound insulation technology to control the machine room's noise. This allowed us to confirm that the control effect of room sound insulation technology on the noise frequency band of the elevator had been obtained. This study can provide a useful guidance for elevator noise measurement and control in the future.
