摘要
Experimental determination of spin by Stern-Gerlach experiment is described in brief. Two-component spinor for spin-half particles and Pauli spin matrices are introduced and their eigen value equation solved. Effect of coordinate rotation on spinor space is discussed. Equation of motion of spin-half particles with spin-orbit interaction and resulting good quantum numbers have been discussed. Connection of quantum postulates with multiple Stern-Gerlach experiments has been pointed out.
