This research paper investigates the “Three R” immersive training platform created by Hong Yip Property Management Company to enhance fire safety education. By integrating virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR), the platform aims to address the limitations of traditional training methods, which often lead to disengagement. The study evaluates user feedback and learning outcomes, highlighting how immersive technologies improve engagement and preparedness among property management personnel. Key findings indicate that the platform significantly enhances understanding of fire safety protocols and emergency response strategies. Additionally, the research identifies areas for improvement, emphasizing the need for ongoing training and content expansion. Overall, this study demonstrates the potential of the “Three R” platform to transform fire safety education in urban environments, fostering a proactive safety culture within property management.
