Research on Speed Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Simulation Model Based on FOC

With the improvement of industrial automation, energy saving and precision control demand, the speed control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has become a hot spot of industrial and academic research. This paper analyzes around the PMSM speed control, from theoretical modeling to simulation verification, adopts the magnetic field oriented control (FOC) strategy and combines with the SVPWM modulation technology to realize the decoupling of the motor multivariable and the precise control of the speed regulation; and puts forward the analysis of the motor speed control strategy based on the magnetic field oriented control method. The simulation model of PMSM speed control based on FOC is constructed by MATLAB/Simulink, and the speed control of PMSM is realized based on this model; and the stability of the control system under different working conditions, the rapidity of speed regulation and the effectiveness of the FOC control strategy are further verified through the comparative analysis of the motor running without and with load. The study provides a solid simulation basis for the ground application of motor speed control in industrial scenarios.
