Linguistic Landscapes in Public Cultural Spaces
摘要
Public cultural spaces are intentionally designed urban environments that facilitate community participation in shared cultural experiences. They include libraries, museums, science and technology museums, memorial halls, theaters, stadiums, workers’ cultural palaces, youth palaces, women and children activity centers, comprehensive cultural service centers, and so on. Public cultural spaces serve as important social platforms that shape collective identity while fostering cultural exchange and innovation. They are characterized by public accessibility, cultural richness, community orientation, functional diversity, and sustainability (Sun & Wen, 2023).
