Course Design for Child Developmental Psychology Based on Multiple Intelligences Theory: Taking “Children’s Peer Relationships” as an Example

Child Developmental Psychology is a core course for students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges. Based on the content of peer development in Child Developmental Psychology, this article applies the Multiple Intelligences Theory to design a course on “Children’s Peer Relationships” and conducts teaching practice and analysis at a higher vocational college in Guangzhou. The aim is to integrate the Multiple Intelligences Theory into the curriculum, striving to improve the disconnection between theory and practice in Preschool Child Developmental Psychology, strengthen students’ theoretical foundation in this field, enhance their multiple skills, and promote their personalized development.
