Analysis and Discussion of Factors Affecting the Measurement Accuracy of Oil Viscosity Sensors
摘要
The viscosity value of oil is an extremely important indicator for lubricating oil. In the operation of industrial machinery and equipment, viscosity changes will have a certain impact on the lubrication, cooling, friction reduction, and other functions of industrial machinery and equipment. To improve the accuracy of viscosity detection in online monitoring sensors, this article starts from the principle of viscosity detection, combines the theory of microcantilever beam vibration, and develops a vibration parameter detection system based on LabVIEW. By building an experimental platform, the viscosity values are mapped based on the detected vibration physical parameters. Through experiments, the influence of external factors such as temperature, viscosity, and flow rate on the vibration parameters is explored. Based on this, the process is improved, and the best viscosity oscillator base thickness that can be achieved at the current process level is selected to improve the stability and accuracy of viscosity detection in online monitoring sensors.
