The determination of TAN and TBN of lubricating oil is an important physical and chemical index to distinguish the primary oxidation degree of lubricating oil. The increase of TAN indicates that the deterioration of lubricating oil is accelerated, the relevant physical and chemical indexes will deviate from the normal value, and the wear of mechanical equipment is accelerated, which will lead to equipment accidents if not dealt with in time. At present, the classical chemical titration method is used to detect acid value in our country. This method is a national standard and a designated testing method for lubricating oil product standards. This paper introduces a detection technology using online chemical titration in industrial environment, also known as non-aqueous titration. The detection of TAN and TBN of industrial equipment lubrication system is realized, and the changing law and logical relationship of acid value and base value are described. This paper puts forward the solution of embedded oil monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance management in digital production system and improves the method of manual sampling, laboratory inspection and analysis, and manually uploading analysis results. It is unable to realize the traditional mode of high analysis frequency and digital management, which meets the needs of modern digital production and intelligent management.
