摘要

Today, the so-called “traditional borders” that divide territories are not enough to interpret the dynamics of a changing international system. These borders are becoming porous lines, with an increasing number of meeting points and crossing networks, creating scenarios where interdependence is the main characteristic. This does not mean that political boundaries are irrelevant, but rather invites us to rethink how relationships are built, considering that connectivity becomes the main driver of development with geopolitical implications.
