Design of 800 V High Voltage Active-Passive Hybrid Filter for Automobile
摘要
CISPR 25, titled “Vehicles, Boats, and Internal Combustion Engine-Driven Devices—Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)—Part 25: Tests for Vehicle Electrical/Electronic Sub-Assemblies” [1] is a crucial standard issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It specifically addresses electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and requirements in the automotive industry to ensure that onboard electronic equipment functions properly within electromagnetic environments without mutual interference. Traditionally, electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression methods in automotive electric drives involve adding a passive filter at the DC bus input to meet the conducted emission levels stipulated in CISPR 25. By integrating Active EMI Filter and passive filter [2] into a hybrid filtering [3] approach for suppressing EMI in electric drives, compliance with CISPR 25 Class 4 and Class 5 level requirements can be readily achieved, while reducing volume and weight by up to 30%.
