Based on the current situation of the foundation construction of mountainous power transmission lines, the problems faced by the foundation construction of domestic mountainous lines and the development trend of lightweight mechanical equipment are analyzed. Aiming at the weight and convenience requirements of tower foundation construction, the design scheme of split, modularized and quick disassembly and assembly of mechanical equipment suitable for the foundation construction of mountainous power towers is proposed. The topology optimization method is used to carry out lightweight design of key construction modules, and a modular and detachable construction prototype suitable for the foundation construction of mountainous power transmission lines is developed, which can realize the functions of drilling, crushing, splitting, digging, lifting, grouting, etc., and provides a new type of construction scheme for the mechanized one-piece construction of the foundation of mountainous power transmission lines.
