With the large-scale access of new energy sources, the power system faces the imbalance between supply and demand such as peaking and frequency regulation, which urgently requires efficient regulation means. User-side distributed energy storage can coordinate the balance between supply and demand under the management of aggregators. In this paper, we propose a distributed energy storage aggregation method based on user response rate to optimize the scheduling strategy of aggregated energy storage participating in demand response. The optimization model of aggregator participation in demand response is constructed with the objectives of maximizing daily profit and minimizing load mean squared error. The simulation results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce load fluctuation and improve the economic benefits of aggregators, which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要
