Air Conditioning Compressor Refrigeration Cooling Suit Based on Single-Chip Microcontroller Control
摘要
This study introduces a novel air conditioning compressor refrigeration cooling suit controlled by a microcontroller, designed to address the rising occurrence of extreme high-temperature conditions. The system employs an STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller alongside a DS18B20 temperature sensor for precise thermal regulation. By utilizing a PID algorithm and PWM signals, the driving module adjusts the compressor’s efficiency to achieve effective cooling. The design incorporates an S-shaped silicone hose within the cooling suit, enhancing the contact area between the refrigerant and the body to improve heat absorption. Furthermore, the system integrates features such as temperature sensing, button-based adjustments, and an LCD display, allowing users to customize the temperature based on personal preferences.
