This study presents the analysis of results the mechanical behavior of plastic concrete materials in triaxial test and creep tests. The elastic modulus of plastic concrete is most important for determining and designing cut-off wall quality for earth Dam. The effect of various parameters such as confining pressure, mix designs, age was investigated. The value of elastic modulus of plastic concrete increases with the increase in cement factor and curing age, and with the decrease with Bentonite content. The value of elastic modulus from 100 to 150 MPa is value that the project requires, and the mix design will be presented in these papers.
