Work Team Building in Chinese Enterprises

This chapter explores the role of work teams in Chinese enterprises as basic production units, Party construction footholds, and development drivers, analyzed through exemplary teams and model workers. Five representative cases are detailed: Tai Meng, Jianxiu Hao, the Mengtao Zhao Team, Zhifu Ni, and the Iron Man Jinxi Wang. Their specific practices, technical innovations, and team-building experiences are examined. The chapter concludes that these exemplary teams and individuals not only enhanced production efficiency but also inherited and promoted the Chinese industrial spirit, providing vital talent and motivational support for industrial development.
