摘要

Every automaker is particularly concerned about the safety of its drivers and passengers. New guidelines for occupant safety in various vehicle situations, such as frontal head collisions, are being established in order to achieve this. In every collision, the primary load-bearing and energy-absorbing element is the car’s integral frame. Fuel consumption is another significant issue that needs to be taken into account in the current society. A lightweight, robust material should be utilized for the integral frame while taking all of these limitations into account. Examining the effects of a vehicle’s speed (60 kmph, 80 kmph, or 100 kmph) and understanding the exact behavior of the integral frame in frontal collisions can be done with a multi-body dynamic crash analysis. For dynamic impact analysis under different loading conditions, this study first develops a safe design and material in order to identify the optimal design and material based on stresses, deformations, and shear stresses.
