The accelerated growth of technology in cities has brought with it unprecedented opportunities for innovation and economic progress, but at the same time, it has also heightened already existing disparities and produced new kinds of digital exclusion. The role of smart policy frameworks in guaranteeing that tech-driven urban development benefits all citizens equally is explored in this chapter. By reflection on present policy strategies, review of effective case studies, and integration of theoretical literature, we contend that inclusive tech-enabled urbanism calls for intentional policy action addressing access, participation, and benefit sharing. The chapter presents a holistic framework for smart policies that enhance equitable urban entrepreneurship while harnessing technology for inclusive city growth. Key conclusions indicate that effective inclusive tech policies need to combine community participation, support targeting mechanisms, and flexible governance arrangements in order to close digital divides and provide widespread urban prosperity.
