Amid growing urbanization and limited resources, Rajasthan stands out as a case study in how digital entrepreneurship and technology-driven urbanism can support inclusive and sustainable development. This chapter explores how technology-enabled interventions—when tailored to local governance frameworks and social needs—can enhance service delivery, encourage civic engagement, and reduce structural inequalities in urban areas. Using a qualitative case study approach, it examines initiatives such as Jodhpur’s climate-resilient irrigation programs, Udaipur’s AI-based traffic systems, and Jaipur’s smart governance platforms. The analysis reveals how digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and public–private collaborations are reshaping urban mobility, access to information, and livelihood opportunities for marginalized populations. By situating these interventions within their sociopolitical context, the chapter proposes a scalable model of inclusive digital urbanism that blends sustainability, responsive governance, and grassroots innovation. The findings contribute to broader conversations on how emerging technologies can be harnessed to foster resilience and equity in rapidly urbanizing regions across the Global South.

摘要
