Intelligent Approach for Predicting Large Scale Sustainable Wind Power Generation

Determination of the wind power is mainly linked with few uncertainties because of changes in the wind power and precise prediction large scale sustainable wind-power generation is important for effective operation. It can be proficiently supported the power system operatives to enhance the power scheme management and control. Therefore, in this paper, intelligent approach based on effective single stage fuzzy logic system for prediction of large-scale sustainable wind-power in three cities if India i.e., Bhuj in Gujarat, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu and Sangli in Maharashtra has been proposed. The impact of different data need on accuracy of prediction has been also investigated by seeing the subsets of the fuzzy rules. The wind power prediction is the requirement of this era because of depleting the fossil fuels reserves. Moreover, power production fluctuates in comparison with the coal-based power plant because of the unstable nature of the wind power. Henceforth, precise wind power prediction is important to manage the adjustment in the demand and supply of the high-power consumption power sectors. The outcomes show the enhancement in the prediction accurateness of wind power in Bhuj in Gujarat, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu and Sangli in Maharashtra.
