摘要

This paper focus on the impact of Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) on the development and growth of solar energy projects in India under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). It converses how CERs have benefits to renewable energy development, reduced greenhouse gas emissions, and subsidized to India’s global assurances under climate change contracts. The study also evaluates challenges faced by the CDM framework in India and provides approvals for improving the use of CERs in the future. This research aims to investigate the spatiotemporal patterns and seasonal variations in Certified Emission Reductions (CER) values across different geographical locations and time periods. The primary objectives are twofold: (1) to identify recurring patterns in CER values by examining data from a selected locations over multiple time frames, and (2) to detect seasonal variations and anomalies in CER trends. Through this analysis, the study will provide insights into how CER behaves under different atmospheric conditions, contributing to a deeper understanding of cloud microphysics and its implications for climate modeling and weather forecasting.
