Equipment actuator is a driving device that can provide linear or rotational motion, which uses a certain drive energy and works under a certain control signal. The driving mechanism of intelligent manufacturing equipment is mainly composed of two parts: the executive mechanism and the control system. The actuator is the terminal of information, so it is also called the actuator as the terminal element. After the information of the production process is processed by the controller, the operation instructions are output to the actuator to complete the production process, or the manual operation instructions issued by the operator station are given to the actuator to control the production process. Great attention must be paid to the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the actuator.
