The actuator is the terminal of information, so it is also called the actuator as the terminal element. After the information of the production process is processed by the controller, the operation instructions are output to the actuator to complete the production process, or the manual operation instructions issued by the operator station are given to the actuator to control the production process. Great attention must be paid to the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the actuator. The rational design of the drive mechanism, improper selection or use will affect the automation of the production process, lead to the decline of the control quality of the automatic control system, control failure, and even cause serious production accidents.
