Moving Beyond Dichotomies
摘要
This chapter explores the theme of awakening to the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit and its influence on leading holistically, consistently, and intentionally. The case is argued for moving beyond dualistic thinking that separates faith and life and instead, embracing an integrated understanding of the human person. It introduces the concept of reflective equilibrium as a way of becoming more aware of one’s internal and external environment, and making conscious choices aligned with the Spirit. The chapter concludes by affirming life as a sacred whole, where the ordinary events of daily living are filled with divine presence and the invitation to integration is through reflection.
