Antimalarials
摘要
Antimalarials used in dermatology include chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and quinacrine. Chloroquine and HCQ, however, are the most widely used antimalarials in dermatology. They are of particular value in the treatment of cutaneous lupus and other photosensitivity disorders. Other uses of antimalarials include sarcoidosis, pemphigus erythematosus, granuloma annulare and psoriatic arthropathy.
