Terbenafine is an allyamine antifungal drug with fungicidal properties. It is of particular value in the treatment of onychomycosis. Other indications of systemic terbenafine include cutaneous dermatophytosis, Tokelau’s disease, Majocchi’s granuloma, cutaneous sporotrichosis and black piedra.
