Food security is seen as a serious problem in both developed and developing countries. Hunger and food shortages continue in underdeveloped countries, and different problems related to food have become a threat to developed and developing countries. As a result of climate change, changing seasons and ecological systems have begun to deplete food resources. At this point, there are also different problems for the seafood resources provided by marine and ocean ecosystems. Seafood is an important resource in terms of both health and food. The subjects of seafood security and seafood sustainability will be examined in the study. It is planned to review the relationship between the sustainability of seafood and marine ecosystems with the effect of technology, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
