To improve the effectiveness of medication delivery, these systems combine polymers with either organic or inorganic nanocomponents. At least two distinct nanoparticles combine to form hybrid nanoparticles. Improvements in circulation time, structural disintegration, high stability, premature release, low encapsulation rate, and unspecific release kinetics are just a few of the benefits that come from combining these characteristics into a single hybrid system as opposed to non-hybrid platforms. Over the past three decades, nanomaterials have attracted a lot of scientific attention due to their special qualities. Hybrid nanomaterials based on polymers can be used to treat metabolic syndrome and have several modes of action such as gene therapy, insulin sensitivity modification, targeted medication delivery, anti-inflammatory effects, and antioxidant activities. 摘要

A variety of metabolic irregularities define the complex condition known as metabolic syndrome. Innovative solutions to these problems can be found in nanotechnology, particularly in the form of hybrid nanomaterials based on polymers. The potential of hybrid nanomaterials based on polymers in the treatment of metabolic syndrome is covered in this chapter.
