Arthroscopic Release of the Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis
摘要
The initial management of tennis elbow is non-surgical. The condition usually resolves on its own, with 70–80% of patients experiencing relief within 1 year [1]. Treatment options may include modifying activities, doing stretching exercises, using forearm counterforce bracing, receiving steroid injections, and doing low-resistance muscle conditioning. While these measures can improve pain and grip strength, there is limited scientific evidence on their long-term effects on tennis elbow.
