Prevention and Management of Complications in Elbow Arthroscopic Surgery

Due to its less invasiveness and early recovery, the popularity of elbow arthroscopy is increasing, and the arthroscopic technique has substituted a large portion of the open technique [1]. However, complications could be generated after elbow arthroscopy and reported complication rates were from 0% to 27%, while median or mean rates ranged from 4.8% to 5.5% [2, 3].
