Acute Distal Biceps Tendon Rupture: Endoscopic Repair

Distal biceps endoscopy is an effective technique for treating complete distal biceps ruptures and is especially beneficial for managing partial tears [1, 2]. This method provides a magnified view of the injury site without requiring manipulation of the tendon. Originally described by Eames et al. [3], the technique presented in this chapter is an adaptation of the original approach and is applicable for both partial tears and acute complete ruptures [1, 4].
