Automatic and autonomous parking is a scenario with practical application value. This chapter will focus on the scenario of automatic parking, and elaborate on the technical modules discussed earlier. Section 13.1 is a basic introduction to the parking system; Sect. 13.2 discusses how to calibrate the surround-view camera system unique to the parking system; Sect. 13.3 introduces the perception method of fisheye cameras; Sect. 13.4 discusses the method of parking space detection; Sect. 13.5 analyzes some specific motion planning algorithms for parking; Sect. 13.6 analyzes the manifestation of sensor fusion (ultrasound and camera) in automatic parking; Sect. 13.7 analyzes the highest level of autonomous driving method in parking, automatic valet parking; Sect. 13.8 introduces the production and localization technology of semantic maps in parking lots; and Sect. 13.9 introduces the deep learning planning method for automatic parking in parking lots.
