This chapter narrates how Bhutan’s mental health, climate change, and natural disasters impact its environment and people, as well as their complex relationship. Bhutan is an example of being a carbon-neutral country, and every eye is on it. They have helped to look at how altering weather patterns, landslides, and floods induced by glacial lake eruptions affect mental health. The chapter also discusses disasters and incorporates mental health into the usual approaches to addressing problems, revising policy, and responding to disasters. The report concludes that Bhutan’s mental health problems induced by climate change need to be remedied, and it recommends remedies that are healthy for the people who live there and the environment.
