This article examines the right to education of ethnic minority children in Vietnam. Employing a human rights-based approach together with analytical and synthetic methods, it clarifies the concept of ethnic minority children and their right to education under Vietnamese law, as well as the current legal provisions governing this right. The study adopts a qualitative analysis combined with the synthesis of secondary sources to identify achievements, limitations, and barriers in the realization of the right to education. Based on the findings, it proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of implementation, ensuring equity in access to education and promoting comprehensive development for ethnic minority children in Vietnam.
