Hydraulic Braking Force Control Methods
摘要
The control effectiveness of hydraulic braking force directly impacts the dynamic coupling quality and coordinated control of hydraulic and friction braking, affecting vehicle braking smoothness, stability, and regenerative braking efficiency. Solenoid valve control technology in hydraulic brake-by-wire systems has evolved from crude to precise stages, progressing from switch control based on extensive calibration tests to dynamic closed-loop control based on the flow rate. Mechanism analysis has become increasingly thorough, with continually improving control precision. This chapter will successively introduce solenoid valve dynamic modeling processes and the evolution of the pressure control method. In the open-loop pressure control section, we analyze solenoid valve dynamic characteristics, and establish and linearly simplify the valve model. In the closed-loop pressure control section, we incorporate online estimated pressure feedback for more precise control.
