This paper analyzes the requirements of radiation protection management in Pressurized Water Reactor Nuclear Power Plants (PWRs). It comprehensively considers and summarizes the implementation approaches for digital radiation protection and defines its functional requirements. By managing radiation protection data and building a corresponding digital management system, it achieves data interconnectivity, offers an intuitive display of the radiation safety status, and mines the value of data. This improves management efficiency and optimizes dose management. Verified with an operating nuclear power plant as an example, constructing the system effectively enhances the radiation protection management level, radiation level, and dose monitoring capability, enabling precise monitoring and dose control.
