To enhance the production efficiency of safety-class instrumentation and control (I&C) systems, a dedicated production scheduling management system has been developed and designed for the manufacturing of nuclear I&C equipment. This system integrates three core functional modules: Project management, material management, and production management. The project management module enables comprehensive planning across the entire project lifecycle, while the quality management component ensures thorough quality control throughout the production process. The material management module includes demand forecasting based on production plans, optimized procurement processes to reduce costs, and efficient warehouse management for material storage and allocation. The production management module comprises planning tools for scheduling, fine-grained control of production operations, and stable enforcement of manufacturing processes through process management. By implementing this system, nuclear I&C equipment manufacturers can significantly improve the scientific rigor and flexibility of production scheduling, enhance interdepartmental coordination, and achieve greater transparency and traceability across the production process. Ultimately, this leads to improved overall efficiency and product quality, reduced operational costs, and stronger support for the advancement of the nuclear power industry.
