Analysis of Flow Coefficients in Nuclear Engineering Ventilation Systems Based on Scale System Experiments
摘要
This paper investigates the flow measurement challenges associated with large diameter HVAC systems within nuclear engineering contexts. By constructing a scaled-down flow field system, this study explores the variation characteristics of the Annubar flowmeter coefficient under reduced scale conditions, systematically revealing the correlation between the flow coefficients of the scale system and the prototype flow field. Experimental results demonstrate that, under Reynolds number similarity criteria, the deviation rate of the flow coefficient in the scale system remains largely within 3%, exhibiting a significant linear positive correlation (R2 = 0.93) with the prototype flow field’s flow coefficient. This finding not only validates the reliability of using scale systems for predicting flow rates in HVAC systems but also provides a robust theoretical foundation for rapid simulation and optimization of complex flow fields in engineering practice.
