Research and Improvement of Safety Level DCS Instrument Control Alarm Design Scheme for Nuclear Power Plants
摘要
The safety level DCS is the control center of a nuclear power plant, and its equipment instrumentation and control alarm function is crucial. In a certain HPR1000 project, some equipment failure alarms based on the safety level DCS of the NASPIC could not accurately locate the specific fault module on the IIC interface of the control room, resulting in the difficulty of troubleshooting the fault module and the long time spent on locating the fault module during emergency conditions and daily maintenance of the nuclear power plant. By analyzing the design scheme of security level DCS instrument control alarm and fully leveraging the advantages of digital systems, an improved scheme for instrument control alarm system with multi-point sampling and real-time monitoring was proposed and preliminarily verified. Compared with the original instrument control alarm scheme, this scheme has the characteristics of precise positioning of fault modules, and operates independently and does not interfere with the existing safety level DCS system, which can further improve the accuracy of equipment monitoring information in the safety level DCS system. It has reference significance for the design of subsequent HPR1000 safety level DCS instrument control alarm schemes.
