Research and Application of the Test Method for Shutdown Response Time of DCS System in Nuclear Power Plant

The shutdown response time of a nuclear power plant refers to the time from the input of the shutdown trigger signal to the output of the shutdown command by the DCS, which is a key indicator for the performance test of the safety-level DCS system. In the past, the shutdown response time test used a manual test method, which always occupied the key path of the factory test during the test process. In order to improve the efficiency of the shutdown response time test and ensure the quality of the shutdown response time test, this paper proposes a method for automatic shutdown response time testing. This method realizes automatic shutdown response time testing by designing a shutdown trigger automatic device and a trigger signal and shutdown signal automatic acquisition device.
