Network Performance Simulation for Safety Class Digital Control system
摘要
The C-LINK bus is a key communication network in the safety class control system. The communication protocol of C-LINK bus is discussed, and a method for analyzing the performance of C-LINK bus is proposed. The throughput can be obtained by analyzing Process Data. Arrival of the Event-Request-Frame in the Master Device is analyzed which follows the Poisson distribution. Therefore the increased amount of telegrams caused by multiple Event-Requests can be analyzed using Mathematical Expectation, along with the throughput of the Message Data. Finally, network performance simulation experiments were conducted on the bus network under different network load conditions, and simulation results were provided, laying a solid technical foundation for the subsequent practical application in the post-reprocessing plant, guiding reasonable network configuration and task allocation.
