Electrodeposition is a key process of dry post-treatment. The relevant process technology is currently in the exploratory research stage, and a process bench has been built to carry out specific process experiments. This article focuses on the research of corresponding automation for the electrodeposition process bench. Firstly, the operation process and working condition of electrodeposition technology are analyzed and studied. Then, the measuring points of process parameters which can reflect the operation of electrodeposition process are identified, and the appropriate measuring methods and instruments are selected. Thirdly, the automatic control research is carried out according to the process requirements, and the real-time monitoring and remote control of the process are realized according to the automatic adjustment of parameters. Thus, the whole automation degree of the electrodeposition process bench can be improved. the personnel operation can be reduced. The safety and stability of electrodeposition process can be ensured while reducing personnel operation.
