A knowledge graph is a knowledge base that represents entities, relationships, and attributes in a graphical form. High frequency electronic circuits are one of the more difficult courses to learn in electronic information majors, and also a headache for teachers in teaching. This paper aims to use the semantic expression, flexible knowledge representation, strong data integration ability, support for reasoning and association, etc. of knowledge graphs to expand the connections between knowledge in high-frequency electronic circuits through knowledge extraction, fusion, storage, and reasoning. Formulate modular, closed-loop, immersive, and topological learning and teaching strategies to make the learning and teaching of high-frequency electronic circuits no longer a problem, and one can freely explore the knowledge ocean of high-frequency electronic circuit, appreciate the charm of high-frequency electronic circuit knowledge and overlook its social application value.
