This paper proposes and develops a red culture promotion platform based on big data, visualization technology, and artificial intelligence, aiming to provide users with rich, diverse, and personalized red culture information. The platform innovatively integrates API interfaces connected to large language models, enhancing the user-platform interaction experience. Additionally, it employs machine learning algorithms to implement personalized recommendation functions, accurately suggesting relevant red culture attractions and resources based on users’ needs and interests. Through big data analysis technology, the platform deeply explores and integrates various red culture resources, including historical documents and photographs, offering users a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding. Moreover, by utilizing visualization techniques, the platform intuitively presents multidimensional information, allowing users to profoundly appreciate the essence and value of red culture. This platform has wide applicability. In the field of education, by leveraging the red culture on the platform, it is possible to conduct red culture education for students and teachers’ ethics and conduct education for college teachers.
