With the rapid development of aviation technology, the number of faults or flight accidents caused by aviation equipment continues to decrease, and human factors have become important factors leading to the occurrence of faults or flight accidents. The experimental aircraft has the characteristics of complex technical status, high risk of flight test missions, and long identification cycle, which make it highly demanding for flight safety and maintenance work quality. Effectively controlling maintenance errors plays a crucial role in improving the quality of maintenance and ensuring the smooth development of research and flight-testing for experimental aircraft. Based on such issues, this article studies the mechanism of maintenance errors and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the interference factors of maintenance errors, and proposes preventive measures.
