The lack of cost standards for nuclear chemical engineering has become one of the reasons for the difficulties in licensing nuclear chemical projects. To study the actual data of the management cost of civil engineering in nuclear chemical projects, this paper forms four control groups for the study by comparing two similar projects and the two construction companies. This paper adopts the methods of comparative analysis method, expert research, and empirical induction method to summarize the civil engineering management cost during the construction period of nuclear chemical projects and researches the number of person-months of management personnel, management personnel's salary, other management costs, and work-management ratio, to provide a basis for predicting the engineering management fee of nuclear chemical projects in the future. Through the above research, the similarities and differences of the management fees of nuclear chemical projects compared to those of nuclear power plants and general industrial projects were quantified, and the rate range of civil engineering management cost of nuclear chemical projects and the reasonable number of management personnel were finally obtained.
